I’ve used these loads of times. The only problem I have ever had with any product was with a low-quality brand but my budget was low and we all know you get what you pay for! I have just recently had a few hundred pound order get lost by the courier, and once it was clear that the parcel was not coming these guys replaced everything exactly as I had ordered and reshipped. They put EXACTLY what I had ordered instead of maybe putting something in that may of been of a lesser quality. Like the previous guy said I can’t understand why there reviews are so bad as I have never had an issue
